They got blue dye on my tote, the letters were faded and they shrunk my bag. it was very disappointing and I contacted the company and told them what happened. Within an hour I had a email response. Not just a generic email but a actual email telling me how sorry they were and they wanted to get a new tote shipped to me. Wow! I was so surprised!! They shipped it out on a Tuesday and I had my new tote delivered to me the next day! I love the company and what it stands for but the customer service is incredible! Thank you again for getting me a new tote and for a even better experience! I tell everyone about your bag and t-shirt and I will be spreading the word more!
